DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
Article 1 Parties
This agreement is made between the Seller, who is the owner of the lill.co.tr website, and the Buyer, who makes purchases through the site.

Article 2 Subject of the Agreement
This agreement defines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered by the buyer electronically through the seller's website, lill.com.tr.
Article 3 Product and Order Information
The product name, type, quantity, sales price, payment method, delivery address, and shipping cost are presented to the buyer during the ordering process and, upon order confirmation, form an integral part of this agreement.
Article 4 Delivery
The product will be delivered to the buyer or to the person at the address specified by the buyer within a maximum of thirty days from the order confirmation. Unless otherwise stated, delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.
Article 5 Right of Withdrawal
The buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal within fourteen days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. To exercise this right, it is sufficient to notify the seller in writing within this period.
Article 6 Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that are custom-made or personalized for the consumer, products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics, underwear and personal care products, used or products that have lost their resale value, and products that are fulfilled instantly in digital environments.
Article 7 Returns and Refunds
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must be returned to the seller complete and unused. After the returned product reaches the seller, the necessary checks will be carried out. If the product meets the return conditions, the price will be refunded to the buyer via the payment method used during the purchase, within a maximum of fourteen days.
Article 8 Payment
The buyer agrees to pay for the order using one of the payment methods offered on the lill.com.tr website. Product delivery will not take place until payment is received.
Article 9 Force Majeure
The performance of this contract may be delayed or become impossible due to force majeure events beyond the control of the parties, such as natural disasters, fires, wars, strikes, infrastructure failures, or internet outages. Neither party shall be held liable in such cases.
Article 10 Competent Authorities
In case of disputes arising from this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts in the buyer's place of residence shall have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Trade.
Article 11 Entry into Force
By placing an order through the lill.co.tr website, the buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this Distance Sales Agreement.
